As part of our in-house recruitment team, you will actively work to support the team, and candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Benefits of being a Recruitment Administrator - Up to £25,000 Complete on target earnings  - Up to £23,500 Basic Salary (Dependent on experience)  - Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development - A chance to build on your career and to gain more experience and knowledge within the role - Exposure to a range of roles within the company A day in the life of a Recruitment Administrator - Communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates through email, phone, and face to face - Provide coordination support to all members of the Talent Acquisition Team - Archive recruitment documentation, whilst adhering to GDPR regulation - Upload interview notes, CV’s, and other relevant content onto the team’s recruitment database - Organise and send out written conditional offers to candidates whilst adhering to strict deadlines - Taking incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries - Manage ad-hoc correspondence and items of work during absences in the office - Liaise closely with all members of the recruitment team to improve administration processes and procedures – as we believe there is always room to improve What skills will you need as a Recruitment Administrator? - Excellent organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - The ability to proofread, spell check and format to company standards - Good time management - Ability to work under own initiative and stay calm under pressure - A willingness to learn and to be involved in team projects - A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues - A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service - Excellent telephone manner - Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity - Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) The finer details:   We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: - Passport/Birth Certificate - Proof of Address - National Insurance Equal Opportunities: At Spicerhaart, variety makes our Company DNA come to life.
